Expanded organic breakfast buffet

Start each day of your vacation in the Mountains of the Pitztal-Valley with an elaborate, breathtaking and homemade breakfast buffet. Enjoy the choice of a huge range of organic and traditional breakfast products (Items)

Even our youngest ones will find their favorite breakfast items at our cereal bar with daily fresh organic milk.

Noontime is soup time

At noon everybody likes to enjoy a warm cup of homemade revitalizing soup with organic fresh bread from the local bakery!

Sweet tooth’s watch out its time for the afternoon buffet

After a long day in the untouched free ranges of Mother Nature everyone gets hungry. So it is a pleasant situation to know you could come home and enjoy some savory and sweet dishes with a variety of fresh organic fruits.

Served daily in the Elisabeth Stube from 3:30 pm till 5 pm

For dinner a delightful 5 course-choice menu

Between 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm the creation of our Chef Ivo will escort you and your family through the evening. That means one more time to taste the heavenly cuisine of our Chef.

Selection of finest salads and antipasti’s of the buffet, after the first experience you will have the choice between 2 starters, 2 main courses and 2 desserts and after that wonderful dinner you still have the choice to pick your favorite cheeses from our cheese board.
