Delicious wines at the Tieflehner Hof in Austria

300 kg of the finest grapes

were ripened and dried at the Tieflehner Hof under the glacial sun on hay mats by the prize-winning winemaker Will Opitz. Already at the wine pressing, the must was sweet with nuances of blackberries, hay and plum.

This unique dessert wine was tasted in May 2008 and is already known as a wonderful accompaniment to fine cheeses, chocolates and vanilla ice cream with pumpkin seed oil.
